libhtml-defang-perl software package provides cleans HTML and CSS of scripting, executable contents and XSS attacks, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhtml-defang-perl
libhtml-defang-perl is installed in your system.
